To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, which includes:

  • Unused and Undamaged: The product must not show signs of wear, scratches, or any other damage.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, tags, or seals (if applicable).
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided to process your request.

Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange or refund. Certain products, such as custom or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to specific exclusions on your product page.

  • Contact our customer service team within 3 days to initiate the request.
  • Provide your proof of purchase and describe the issue (if applicable).
  • Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during the return process.
  • For returns due to customer preferences, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the shipping fees.

Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
